Our Partners
As a private non-profit organization, all of our funding comes from local contributions and partnerships. Donations of goods, services, and cash help to cover our operating costs, fund the building of our homes, obtain land for construction, and provide valuable services to our homeowners. The only way we can continue our mission to build homes is if people such as you get involved and help. There are many ways you can become involved in the Habitat mission and help a family in need realize their dream of owning a home.
Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the nation and still growing. There is a critical need for affordable housing for hard working, low-income families who are struggling. Currently 1.65 million Arizona residents live in substandard housing, resulting in overcrowding, poor living conditions and excessive household expenses.
Habitat for Humanity, Valley of the Sun is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible. For more than 25 years Habitat for Humanity has helped people build much more than just homes- we have built dreams. Thanks to gifts from generous friends like you, the dream of home ownership is coming true for families across Maricopa County.
